On the first day of your tour, the journey takes you to the Montes de Málaga, where you'll ride on winding roads through dense forests and enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and the hinterland. After this picturesque ride, you'll reach Montefrio, a charming white village nestled at the base of a prominent rock formation known as the "Peña de los Enamorados." Here, you can explore the village and savor the unique view of this geological wonder. Continuing through the enchanting Andalusian landscape, marked by countless olive groves, you'll eventually reach your day's destination, Úbeda. Here, you can explore its historic old town, admire the well-preserved Renaissance architecture, and stroll through the picturesque squares of Úbeda.

Today's ride takes you to the Sierra de Andjuar National Park, an impressive mountain landscape with winding roads and spectacular views. Here you have the opportunity to visit the legendary Monasterio Virgen de la Cabeza, a historic monastery on a mountain ridge in the middle of the nature park. The route then continues north to the Montes de Toledo, another mountain region with picturesque villages and olive groves. Along the way, you will cross the wide plains and picturesque landscapes of La Mancha, the home of Don Quixote. The famous windmills, which served as inspiration for his adventures, await you here.

Finally, you reach Toledo, the "City of Three Cultures," which impresses with its rich history, well-preserved medieval old town, and its imposing cathedral.

Today, it's time to explore Toledo, best experienced from one of the impressive viewpoints offering panoramic views of the city and the Tajo River. Your first stop is the Toledo Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. You'll be captivated by the grandeur and intricate details of this religious edifice. Next, you'll visit the Alcázar fortress, an imposing structure with a storied history. As you wander through the narrow streets of the old town, you'll come across magnificent churches, synagogues, and mosques that reflect the diversity of cultures in Toledo. Finally, be sure to take some time to sample local delicacies, such as the famous "Mazapán" (marzipan) of Toledo, as you stroll through the charming streets.

You leave Toledo early in the morning and drive through the hilly countryside towards El Escorial. After around an hour, you reach the stunning monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture. After a visit to its picturesque library, the route continues to Sierra de Guadarrama. The winding mountain road takes you through a breathtaking landscape with views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Once you arrive in Segovia, your first destination is the ancient Roman aqueduct, one of Spain's most famous landmarks. The historic old town with its narrow streets, impressive cathedral and Alcázar fortress invites you to explore.
A traditional dinner in one of the typical restaurants is the perfect way to round off the day.

Today you start the tour leaving the historic city of Segovia. From there, you'll head to the Ribera del Duero wine region, passing through picturesque medieval towns like Peñaranda de Duero and Peñafiel, home to grand castles and wineries. 
Continuing north, the route takes you through the dramatic Duero valley, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, before reaching the renowned La Rioja wine region. Here you'll visit charming villages like San Vicente de la Sonsierra and the wine capital of Haro, sampling the world-class wines and cuisine. Throughout the day, you'll enjoy scenic, winding roads through the stunning landscapes of central Spain, with opportunities to stop and explore historic sites, sample local delicacies, and immerse yourself in the rich wine culture of these renowned regions.

From Haro, you ride along the scenic Ebro River through the vineyards and olive groves of La Rioja. After around 2 hours of riding, you arrive at the stunning deserts of the Bardenas Reales in northern Navarre. Here, a beautiful gravel road leads to the bizarre rock formations and canyons of the nature park. By the afternoon, you will reach Zaragoza, a city steeped in history, via a scenic route along the fields, vineyards and occasional hills of Aragon.

On the final day of your journey, you'll experience some thrilling riding on winding roads and enjoy breathtaking mountain landscapes in Aragon. You'll relish the freedom on two wheels as you navigate through this impressive natural scenery. Continuing towards Catalonia, you'll pass through picturesque villages, green valleys, and historic towns. The roads will be lined with pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation before your "Roads of History Tour" reaches its destination in Barcelona.
